Effective January 1, 2025. Short version: we collect only what you send us, use it to reply, and never sell it.
Who we are
Ophir Trading Group LLC ("we," "us") operates otradinggroup.com and places trading card vending machines in local businesses. Questions about this policy go to kevin.c@otradinggroup.com.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you fill out a form, text, call, email or DM us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, email, phone number, business name and type, and details about your cards or location.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited in order to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising cookies or sell-to-third-party tracking.
Vending purchases. Card payments at our machines are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare an offer or placement agreement, run and service our machines, keep business and tax records, and protect against fraud and spam.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google Workspace (email and form storage), Cloudflare (hosting) and our payment processors, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and business records for as long as we need them for the purposes above or as required for tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing kevin.c@otradinggroup.com. You can opt out of any follow-up messages at any time by replying "stop" or asking us to stop.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and adult collectors. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
